Lawrence J. Fossi was graduated with a B.A. degree from Rice University
in 1979 and a J.D. degree from Yale Law School in 1983. Mr. Fossi began
work at Vinson & Elkins in 1983 and became a partner of the firm in
1990. He left to form his own firm on January 1, 2001.

Mr. Fossi is admitted to practice before the Texas Supreme Court, the
United States District Courts for the Southern, Northern, Eastern, and
Western Districts of Texas, the United States Tax Court, the U.S. Court
of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the U.S. Supreme Court. During each of the four years that the designation has existed, Mr. Fossi has been designated as a Texas Super Lawyer in the area of Business Litigation, based on a survey of experienced lawyers across the state.
