De Los Santos v. Sunbelt Regional Medical Center, Inc.
We represented a major hospital company, its affiliates, and a hospital president in a lawsuit brought in Harris County District Court by the hospital's former director of emergency services. After a jury awarded the plaintiff only a tiny fraction of the damages he sought, the case settled on terms favorable to our clients, and for far less than our clients' pre-litigation offer.
