We represent the plaintiffs in two lawsuits in Harris County Courts for breach of contract and unconstitutional taking. We have obtained judgment against the defendant in the Kirby Lake; the Friendswood suit is pending. The defendant’s board of directors, arrogant and irresponsible, has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars of taxpayers’ money defending what amounts to indefensible behavior, and is preparing to spend hundreds of thousands more in pursuing appeals. We are prepared to defend Kirby Lake's judgment, and to vindicate the rights of all our clients, until the Water Authority finally complies with its agreements and the law.
