Kaminetzky v. Newman
We represented the defendants in two lawsuits filed in Harris Country District Court asserting numerous claims for breach of contract, fraud, and other torts. In both cases, the plaintiff recovered nothing, and our clients were awarded judgment in their favor on their counterclaims as well as undisputed title to the real property at issue.
