In re: Securities Fraud Lawsuit
We represented a defrauded investor in a securities fraud lawsuit against numerous individuals and companies in U.S. District Court in Dallas. A two week jury trial resulted in a judgment for $212 million, which was affirmed in all respects by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and the U.S. Supreme Court, and which led to in criminal convictions for several of the defendants.
