We are trial attorneys. Our focus is commercial cases in state and
federal trial and appellate courts, as well as arbitration proceedings conducted by the American Arbitration Association, by the NASD, or
under private arrangements between the parties.

Our docket divides about evenly between plaintiffs and defendants.
Most of our fee arrangements are based on hourly rates, but in the appropriate case we will make our fee contingent on the outcome.
